How it works
From booking to report in under 24 hours.
No guessing, no chasing the seller, no relying on your own walkaround. Here is exactly what happens after you book.
- 1
You book online
Five short steps: the car, the seller's contact details and address, your details, and payment. It takes about three minutes. Tell us any timing constraints or specific worries in the special requests field.
- 2
We contact the seller
We call or text the seller within a couple of hours, confirm the car is available, and lock in a window that works for them. You get the confirmed time by email. You never have to broker the scheduling yourself.
- 3
The inspection happens on site
A trained inspector arrives with a paint depth meter, OBD-II scanner, tread gauge, and inspection lights. They verify the VIN and title, work through the full checklist, road test the car, run diagnostics, and photograph every finding.
- 4
Your report is written and reviewed
The inspector writes up findings, prices out the repairs the car needs, and gives a clear recommendation. Reports are typically delivered within a few hours of the visit and always within 24 hours.
- 5
You decide — or negotiate
You get a photo-rich report you can download as a PDF, plus a repair list with costs and specific negotiation points you can send straight to the seller.
