So we built the opposite. Every inspector in our network is a certified technician, most of them ASE Master level, who works independently of any dealership or repair shop. They don't sell you parts. They don't get paid more for finding problems or for not finding them. They document what's there.

Every inspector is background checked, signs a conduct and confidentiality agreement, completes our reporting and photography training, and is rated by customers after every job. Low ratings mean fewer jobs. That's how we keep quality consistent across a distributed network.
